Multi-destination trophy delivery — one order, multiple addresses
This is the capability most award suppliers don't offer: a single order where each trophy ships individually to a different recipient, in a different country, with personalised packaging and documentation.
It works like this:
- You send us one briefing with the full recipient list: names, addresses, countries, personalisation per piece.
- We design, produce and personalise every trophy individually.
- Each unit ships directly to its recipient — no intermediate consolidation point, no re-shipping on your side.
- You receive consolidated tracking information for all shipments.

Lead times and express options
Our standard production and shipping lead times depend on the type of order:
- Collection trophies, graphic personalisation only: 1–2 weeks recommended, minimum 48 hours for EU.
- Collection trophies, custom paint colours: 3–4 weeks.
- Custom / bespoke trophies designed from scratch: minimum 5 weeks.
- Express international shipping: available on request — contact us with your deadline and we will confirm viability before you commit.
For events with immovable dates, we recommend building in at least 3 days of buffer beyond the standard international transit time. Carrier delays during peak periods (November–January) are common across all major logistics providers.
Customs, DAP and international documentation
International orders outside the EU ship under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. What this means in practice:
- The invoice does not include VAT — VAT is paid by the recipient in their country upon delivery.
- For companies, this VAT is 100% deductible, so it represents no real additional cost.
- We provide all required export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, HS code classification.
- We handle carrier customs declarations on our side — you do not need to manage this.
If your event involves recipients in multiple countries with different customs regimes, we manage each shipment individually under the appropriate documentation. No action required on your part beyond providing recipient details.
