Acrylic awards
Our acrylic awards are made from 100% recycled acrylic (post-industrial and post-consumer recycled PMMA), transformed into technical sheets through re-granulation and controlled extrusion processes in the EU. Each piece is machined using high-precision cutting and the edges are finished by polishing, resulting in transparent edges that reinforce the formal clarity and correct reading of the applied graphic design.
The result is a rigid, stable piece with high light transmission, suitable for graphic personalisation.
We are the first manufacturer to offer a complete collection of trophies made entirely from 100% recycled acrylic. We do not use sheets with partial recycled content. We work with fully regenerated material.
As a single-block acrylic trophy:
- Transparency and rigidity are fully preserved.
- Optimal response to machining and engraving.
- With no assembly between parts, there are no tension points during mounting.
Sustainability is a technical condition of the material. It is not the central argument of the product.
If you are preparing an event, share the date and estimated quantity with us. We will send you a clear, well-defined proposal for your acrylic trophies.
FAQ about Acrylic awards
Why is an acrylic trophy better than a conventional glass one?
Acrylic has three direct advantages over conventional glass:
- Weight: the same piece weighs approximately half as much as its glass equivalent, making it easier to transport and handle during the event.
- Durability: recycled acrylic is resistant to surface deformation. Under normal indoor display conditions, the piece retains its shape and appearance over time.
- Transparency: acrylic allows more than 90% of light to pass through, with a slightly higher transparency than conventional glass.
Do you make custom acrylic trophies with a company logo?
Yes. We customise our acrylic trophies by incorporating the logo, event name, category and any graphic element required by the client.
This is achieved through direct UV printing in colour or laser engraving, depending on the level of detail and contrast required.
How durable are acrylic trophies?
Very durable. Recycled acrylic absorbs impact well (13 times better than glass) and does not deform under normal conditions, ensuring the piece maintains its appearance over time.
Are your acrylic trophies a sustainable option?
Yes. We do not use materials with a partial recycled fraction: the base sheet is made from 100% recycled acrylic. The acrylic we use is certified as a recycled and recyclable material.
What sets a custom acrylic trophy apart visually from a conventional one?
The conventional trophy splits the object into two components: a generic base and an engraved plate. Materials, colours and shapes repeat from one manufacturer to the next, with little variation between catalogues.
In the custom acrylic trophy, shape, volume and graphic personalisation are resolved on a single object. The laser engraving and four-colour printing read clearly from any angle, without a base or stand competing visually with the design.
The clean lines, polished finish and translucency define the piece as a whole, not just the engraved surface.
Do they scratch easily?
Acrylic trophies have a lower surface hardness than those made from other materials, such as glass. They can scratch if dragged across hard surfaces or cleaned with abrasive materials.
They do not require any special care, but do need careful handling: keep the protective film on until delivery and clean with a microfibre cloth.
In a typical event and exhibition setting, with standard handling, they retain their finish without issue.
Does the trophy need a base to stand properly?
No. Recycled acrylic as a single block has the rigidity and weight needed to stand upright on its own, with no additional support required.
The separate base is a legacy of mass production that, in this format, adds nothing structurally.
All personalisation — laser engraving, four-colour printing, transparency effects — is applied directly to the trophy, and the absence of a base places no limitations whatsoever on design possibilities.
When is a totem the better choice, and when should you go for an acrylic plaque?
The main difference lies in the personalisation surface available in each format.
The totem has a smaller surface area, making it well suited to concise personalisation: the event logo and the name of the recipient.
The plaque has a considerably larger surface area, allowing more information to be included without compromising legibility: logo, recipient name, category, reason for the award and date.

What are the advantages of a single-block acrylic trophy over one with a base and plate?
A single-block trophy has no assemblies, and therefore no stress points at the joints.
In the conventional base-and-plate trophy, the connections between components are the areas where mechanical stress concentrates. When working with a single piece of recycled acrylic, that problem simply does not exist.
Furthermore, with no joints, the protective packaging is simpler and more reliable during transport.
