Custom trophy design and manufacturing
We design and produce custom trophies for brands, institutions, and events seeking pieces aligned with their visual identity and narrative. The process starts with a briefing: we analyze the event’s context and gather references, brand guidelines, and any relevant input.
From there, we develop viable design proposals. Each design is conceived to be manufactured without deviation, combining geometry, proportion, materials, and finishes with an industrial logic.
We use techniques such as laser cutting, UV printing, CNC milling, anodizing, or industrial painting. Depending on the project, we work with acrylic, technical polymers, wood, aluminum, or sheet metal.
Once the design is approved, we finalize drawings, renders, and the budget. Production is handled by specialized suppliers, with full oversight of every phase, up to final assembly and personalization.
A rigorous approach for those who need custom trophies with technical precision, formal consistency, and guaranteed delivery.
FAQ about Custom trophies
What is the design and manufacturing process for a custom trophy?
A custom project follows these main phases:
0 – Briefing:
The process is agile and straightforward: you tell us what you need (aesthetic, purpose, timeline, budget, etc.), and we prepare a proposal. Once approved, we finalize the budget and launch the project.
1 – Concept phase
We work with clean, essential forms, aiming for proposals aligned with the tone of the event and the brand’s visual language. Our design team creates trophies through a rigorous conceptual process, focused on exploring materials, volumes, and finishes from an industrial, functional, and refined perspective.
This is not just an aesthetic exercise: each concept is developed to be feasible in production, using materials such as recycled acrylic, technical polymers, plastics, wood, or sheet metal.
We apply techniques including laser cutting, cold folding, CNC machining, UV printing, industrial 3D printing (FDM or SLS), and various finishing methods like industrial painting, chrome or “candy” paint, anodizing, and more.

2 – Development phase
Once the winning concept is selected, we move into development. Here, the final geometry is defined, materials are confirmed, and technical details are adjusted to ensure a viable production in terms of time and cost. We prepare production drawings, final renders, and prototypes if the project allows.
The goal is to finalize a production-ready design, with all key parameters validated: tolerances, finishes, assembly systems, personalization details, and graphics. This phase concludes with a locked-in quote based on unit volume, delivery timeline, and required processes.

3 – Manufacturing and assembly
With the design validated, production begins. Each component is manufactured according to the approved drawings using the defined processes: cutting, machining, printing, engraving, or lacquering.
We supervise every phase to ensure quality and fidelity to the design, and to meet project deadlines for on-time delivery.
Assembly is done piece by piece, with full verification of fit, finish, and final personalization (names, logos, dates, etc.).
What if I don’t have a design? Can you handle it for me?
Yes. We can take care of the bespoke trophy design from scratch. All we need is a general idea, an objective, or the type of event.
From there, our team will propose a solution that is aesthetic, balanced, and meaningful. We’ll work with you until it fits perfectly — you decide when it’s ready for production.
Can we submit a design we’ve created ourselves?
Absolutely. If you already have a bespoke design, we’ll review it with you. We’ll help you validate the technical aspects: materials, weight, stability, assembly… Sometimes, a small adjustment makes everything work better.
We don’t change the design — we simply make it feasible.
Can you create a trophy based on our brand’s logo shape? html Copiar Editar
Yes. A bespoke project is a blank canvas. We can turn your logo into a small-format 3D object to use as a trophy.
We can also reinterpret its shape and develop a completely new design based on its lines and proportions.
All we need is a high-quality vector file, and our team will adapt it to fit seamlessly with the trophy’s style and your brand’s visual identity.
How much time do you need to produce a custom trophy?
Lead times usually range between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on the design, materials, and type of finish. In some cases, we can shorten the timeline; in others, it’s best to plan ahead to ensure the result.
If your event is coming up soon, get in touch — we’ll assess what’s feasible. No risky promises.
What materials do you use for custom trophies?
There’s no single ideal material — we evaluate it based on the design. We look for the best fit in terms of aesthetics, technical requirements, and lead times.
We also aim to propose materials connected to the client’s industry or institution. For example: recycled tire rubber for automotive companies, or recycled concrete for construction firms.
Our range is very broad: we work with FSC-certified wood, steel, ceramics, resins, recycled fishing nets, recycled post-consumer plastics, and more.
What is the typical weight and size of a custom trophy?
A standard custom trophy usually weighs between 300 and 1000 g and stands between 15 and 30 cm tall.
Exceptionally, some large-format trophies can weigh up to 3 kg (like the Goya Awards) or be significantly taller, such as the UEFA Champions League trophy, which measures 73.5 cm.
