Institutional trophies

We design and manufacture institutional trophies for public and private institutions that require pieces aligned with their message, values, and context.

Our approach begins with a technical and symbolic understanding of each commission: cultural events, academic awards, official honours or corporate ceremonies where the object must represent — not decorate.

Traditional trophies — flat, generic, and environmentally outdated — are no longer suitable in institutional settings.

We work with marble, granite, FSC-certified wood, and recycled plastic with a stone-like finish. Stable, dense, and durable materials, ideal for formal and demanding environments.

Our catalogue includes perfect institutional designs such as totems and plaques — valued for their clean geometry, clear readability, and easy integration of graphic elements.

We offer two engraving techniques:

  • Laser engraving: creates a slight relief and a chemical reaction that oxidises the surface, producing an irregular, monochrome appearance.

  • UV printing: enables full-colour, photo-quality image reproduction with precise colour control, applied directly on flat surfaces.

We produce institutional trophies with technical rigour, precise finishes, and guaranteed delivery.

FAQ about Institutional trophies

What materials do you use to make institutional trophies?

We work with materials that are technically and aesthetically suited to institutional recognition: FSC-certified beech wood, post-consumer recycled plastic with a stone-like finish, marble or granite.

Each material is selected for its density, stability, and ability to maintain visual presence in formal ceremonies. Totem and plaque formats are most commonly used for their proportion, readability, and compatibility with institutional crests or logos.

Is it possible to personalize beyond just the logo?

Yes. We can create fully bespoke institutional trophies, adapting the shape, material, and graphic design to match the identity of your event.

Get in touch with us and we’ll develop your idea together.

Do institutional trophies include information about their environmental impact?

Institutional trophies in our collection made from recycled plastic or FSC-certified wood are delivered with an individual ecolabel, detailing emissions and material savings compared to a conventional trophy.

However, some models — such as Totem CAL, NERO, or MAR, made from natural stone — do not include an ecolabel. These are designed for highly formal contexts where physical presence and symbolic weight are prioritized.

They weigh between 1 and 3 kg depending on size, and do not support full-color UV printing — only sandblasting is possible.

If sustainability is a key criterion, we recommend choosing recycled or certified materials, which allow you to measure and communicate the environmental impact of each piece.

What materials do you use to make institutional trophies?

We design institutional trophies for congresses, conferences, academic ceremonies, trade fairs, inaugurations, tributes, and official ceremonies.

Our experience covers both public and private events in cultural, educational, or corporate contexts.
