Recycled rubber trophies

Recycled rubber trophies made from bicycle tyres and post-consumer vulcanised rubber waste. The material is processed through mechanical grinding and cold compaction, without synthetic binders of fossil origin. The resulting surface features visible granular texture and uniform dark colouration, characteristic of recycled vulcanised rubber.

Each trophy includes an Ecolabel with quantified environmental impact, calculated in accordance with ISO 14040. Production takes place entirely in the EU, using post-consumer materials, against the conventional manufacturing standard in Asia.

Customisation via UV printing or engraving. No minimum order.

FAQ about Recycled rubber trophies

Why choose recycled rubber as the material for the rubber trophies at my event?

Recycled vulcanized rubber has two relevant characteristics for a trophy.

Durability

It is a dense and stable material that does not deform with use. It retains its geometry, its granular texture and its colour over time, with a lifespan that can exceed several decades.

Environmental impact

Used tyres are not biodegradable and, outside a recovery cycle, end up in landfill or are incinerated. Recycling them turns them into raw material for new products, closing the loop without generating new waste.

Do you make custom rubber trophies from recycled rubber?

Yes. In custom projects we design from scratch: the shape, the manufacturing processes and the finishes, according to the event briefing.

One example is the project we developed for La Vuelta 2025, made from 100% recycled SBR rubber from bicycle tyres.

The process includes design, material selection, industrialisation, manufacturing and assembly. We verify every stage with you before producing.

What type of events are rubber trophies suited to?

The visible granular texture, the uniform dark colouring and the surface of the material result in a piece with a strong physical presence. They work well at:

  • Award ceremonies with defined and visually strong brand identities. For example, a company's annual awards with an established visual identity.
  • Sporting competitions where sustainability is part of the event's message. For example, a race with circular economy commitments in its communications.
  • Automotive or mobility industry events, given the origin of the material. For example, an internal awards ceremony at a company in the automotive sector.

Recycled rubber is not a visually neutral material. It works best when the trophy needs to communicate something on its own.

Can rubber trophies be personalised?

Yes. Personalisation is applied to the steel plate with recycled fraction, using UV printing or laser engraving.

There are two options for graphic design:

  1. We design the personalisation. We prepare the graphic adaptation aligned with your brand. To do so we need logos, texts and, if available, your brand guidelines or brand book.
  2. You send us the design. Download the template from the "Graphic design" section on the product page and upload it as a PDF (max. 60 MB) in the same form, or send it to us by email.

In either case, we verify everything with you before manufacturing.

How can I get a quote?

From the product page, select the configuration you need: model, finish, personalisation and quantity. The system calculates the price in real time and you can download the quote directly from the product configurator.

For custom projects, we prepare a personalised quote.

If I place an order today, when will it arrive?
