FAQ about Cycling Trophies

We organise road and mountain races – can the cycling trophies be adapted to the identity of each event?

Yes. You select a model from our collection and we apply the graphic design — logo, text, event name — onto the recycled-fraction steel plate. For the finish, two techniques are available:

  • UV Print in colour: full-colour CMYK printing with complete colour control. For road cycling, a range of blues, greys and whites could be used, adapted to the identity of asphalt races. For mountain events, greens and earth tones blend naturally with the outdoor setting of the race.
  • Laser engraving: engraving on the metal through a chemical reaction, with a texture effect.

The design is prepared by our team or you can send it to us in PDF format. Before production, we review the print-ready file with you. If you have any questions about which model best suits your event, we are available to guide you.

Do you manufacture custom cycling trophies?

Yes. We design from scratch custom trophies for events: we define the shape, the materials, the manufacturing processes and the finishes. It is a complete industrial design project.

One example of this type of project is the cycling trophy we manufactured for La Vuelta a España, one of the great cycling races on the international calendar. The commission required an object with its own identity, integrated into the visual communication of the race, manufactured with recycled materials.

Every custom trophies project starts from a briefing: how many pieces, in what awards format and within what timeframe. From there we define the materials and processes. We are available to go over the options according to the specific features of your race.

Which cycling trophy models do you recommend for a cycling event?

Three models from our collection are well suited to the competition format of a cycling event.

  • Tótem Clot. At 19.2 cm tall and 700 g, its uniform geometry and understated design make it the ideal cycling trophy for the overall classification.
  • GONG Medal. A sporting format to recognise a larger number of participants. As a symbol of competition, the medal is immediately readable in any cycling awards context.
  • Tótem Ceramic. Its design and presence make it particularly suited when the race has international reach.

Our races take place in natural spaces. Do the trophies respect the environment?

Yes. We manufacture with recycled materials of certified origin: recycled post-consumer plastic (sourced from urban plastic collection bins), FSC-certified beech wood, recycled fishing nets from the Mediterranean, selected plastics of recycled origin, water-based non-toxic paint and recycled-fraction steel plates.

Every cycling trophy from our collection includes an ecolabel that describes in quantitative terms the environmental impact saved. The calculation is carried out in accordance with ISO 14040 standards and gives rise to an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD). We assess our annual impact and offset our CO₂ emissions.

Are there discounts if we order cycling trophies in volume?

Yes. The unit price decreases progressively as the order quantity increases.

Discounts are activated from 5 units. From there, each tier — 10, 20, 30, 50 and 100 units — applies a greater reduction to the unit price. The highest discount is 28% and applies to orders of 100 or more units.
