We manufacture wooden trophies from solid beech wood, FSC-certified and sourced from responsibly managed European forests. The wood is kiln-dried to ensure dimensional stability and avoid warping during machining or use.
Only straight, knot-free and visually flawless pieces are selected. The beech we use has a fine, light and homogeneous grain, ideal for precision cuts and uniform surfaces. Machining is done in local workshops using CNC milling, with a maximum tolerance of ±1 mm. Each piece is manually adjusted and finished.
Final protection is applied using water-based varnishes or natural oils. These treatments enhance durability without altering the tone or adding shine, preserving the natural texture of the material.
