Do you make custom sailing trophies?

Yes. A custom trophy is a complete industrial design project, built from scratch for your competition. The process has five phases:

  1. Briefing. You share the trophy concept with us, along with visual references and the materials you are interested in.
  2. Design. Our team designs the object: shape, materials and manufacturing processes.
  3. Validation. We review the design with you before producing any piece.
  4. Manufacturing. We produce each unit with the materials and finishes defined in the design.
  5. Personalisation and assembly. We apply the event's artwork to the piece and assemble the final product.

Available materials include steel sheet with recycled fraction, recycled fishing nets, recycled post-consumer plastic and FSC-certified beechwood.

What personalisation techniques do you offer for sailing trophies?

Personalisation works on two elements: the artwork and the colour of the steel sheet with recycled fraction. Two techniques are available:

  • UV printing: direct four-colour printing with full colour control, without relief.
  • Laser engraving: engraving with texture. The resulting colour depends on the oxidation reaction of the steel, with no chromatic control.

To match the sheet colour to the chromatic code of your event, we work with RAL references for the paint. For an exact match to a specific Pantone or RAL, a minimum of 25 units and a lead time of 30 days are required.

When placing your order you can choose: our team prepares the design, or you upload it directly in PDF format through our website. In both cases, we verify the design with you before manufacturing.

At what type of nautical events are sailing trophies awarded?

If I place an order today, how long will it take for the trophies to arrive?

The lead time depends on the type of personalisation you need:

  • You provide the final design: the total lead time is 1 week. We can deliver up to 100 units anywhere in the EU.
  • We prepare the design: the lead time increases to 2 weeks, which includes the creation and validation of the design with you before production.
  • Personalisation with a specific colour or ad hoc manufacturing: in that case we need a lead time of 1 month.

For urgent orders, delivery times are 24 hours within Spain and 48 hours in the rest of Europe.
