Aluminum trophies
Our aluminum trophies are designed for recognitions at awards ceremonies, such as corporate galas, design competitions and high-level sporting events.
We manufacture our machined aluminum trophies through CNC milling in multi-axis machining centers, with a precision of ±0.005 mm, allowing complex geometries and clean contours. The precision of the process maintains consistency between units.
The surface finish is achieved through the anodizing technique: an electrochemical process that generates a protective oxide layer on the aluminum, increasing its corrosion resistance and incorporating color in a stable way. Due to its transparent nature, this layer cannot produce a pure white; the result is always grayish or whitish, even with optimized process parameters.
We personalize each trophy with the logo, the text and the corporate colors, adapting the anodized base color to the client's brand palette. If the corporate color is white, we recommend replacing the anodizing with a lacquered/painted finish, or opting for the closest anodized gray, in order to maintain chromatic fidelity with the brand identity. Laser engraving marks the logo or text by ablating the color layer and exposing the base aluminum, in a monochrome contrast; UV printing reproduces full-color, four-color process on the aluminum. We design and manufacture each trophy in Spain.
Our aluminum trophies combine precision machining and corrosion-resistant anodizing for recognitions that endure.
FAQ about Aluminum trophies
How do I personalize an aluminum trophy with my logo, text, and color?
We offer two personalization techniques on aluminum. Choose one or the other depending on the finish you want:
- Laser engraving: creates a monochrome relief through oxidation of the material itself. It adds texture but doesn't allow you to control the resulting color.
- UV printing: reproduces full-color, four-color process on the aluminum, with no relief.
In both cases, we apply your logo, your text, and your corporate colors.
Can you build a fully custom aluminum trophy?
Yes. We start with a brief: we analyze the context of the event and gather references, brand guidelines, and any useful material. From there, we develop viable formal proposals.
Each design is planned so it can be manufactured without deviations, combining geometry, proportion, materials, and finishes from an industrial standpoint.
Once the design is approved, we finalize drawings, renders, and the final quote. We oversee every stage through to assembly and personalization.
What's the difference between machined and anodized aluminum?
They're not the same thing, and they don't compete with each other: they refer to different stages.
- Machined aluminum: this is the manufacturing process. We shape the aluminum with CNC milling, which allows for complex geometries and clean contours, with consistency from one unit to the next.
- Anodizing: this is a surface finish. It forms an oxide layer on the aluminum that protects it against corrosion, introduces color, and boosts durability.
A single award can be CNC-machined and also carry an anodized finish.
What colors can I choose for anodizing?
Anodizing supports a wide range of colors. White is the exception: since it's a transparent layer, within that range the tone comes out gray or chalky. For true white, we use UV printing.
